I must say that your bus services, especially the S'ban-KL route is good as compared to SKS. My only concern for you would be to continue with the good work. SKS has been hopeless throughout the year, and we really don't undertsand how the authorities are still allowing them to operate their bus services. However, there are some issues as below:
Concern:
1. Some bus drivers have the tendency to be on the hand-phone while driving;
2. At times, the bus is full of cigarette smell, although we do not see anyone smoking. This could be due to drivers smoking in an empty bus before picking up passengers;
Suggestions:
1. To have a shade at the Hang Tuah terminal for passengers waiting for SE bus. Currently, we see that there are no shade. It will be worst if it rains. Although it may not be your authority to build shades, however, we hope you could discuss with the terminal operator to provide one;
2. During morning hours at S'ban terminal, allow passengers to fill the bus that is about to leave. Don't let passengers go to another bus that is waiting. This will cause the earlier bus to delay its departure. Only when the earlier bus is full, you let the other passengers to board the next bus.
But generally we feel that your services are good. Even your drivers are quite friendly to passengers. Good work and keep it up.
Wassalam.
